had an old but good quality panny,till it went fizz,pop! i`m skint and need a telly,300 quid is mi budget.......which is borrowed......here comes the sympathy line guys,i`m a single dad with 4,yes 4 teenage kids so i do`nt work so i can`t get credit.looked at the schneiders in asda buit they looked a bit naff.any recomends.

32`` Amstrad in Sainburys looked good to me. Also 28`` Wharfdale in Tescos (I`ve got 1).

Basically supermarkets are the best hunting ground for the lesser spotted cheap widescreen telly.

Try www.empiredirect.co.uk -very well worth the visit, nice and cheap as things should be!!! May I recommend the JVC 28" or Samsung 28"
