JVC DRM10

Just checking in to say my JVC DRM10 is now six weeks old and it is still running fine. Some days I have it running 12 hours recording the dvds I want to make back up copies of and making compilation dvds of tv shows sets I own. There was one day I had it running all day and over night to boot. I was dubbing video tapes for a friend.

So I suppose I should expect the machine to blow up in two weeks? I`ve been very happy with this purchase after going into panic attacks after reading the dismal reports about this particular model at three different websites. Four including this one.

Even if the machine gives up the ghost, I have gotten my money`s worth.

Should be fine for bit, mine broke at 6 months and 11 3/4 months (boy was I lucky with that one!)
My 3rd one is definatly differant to the first 2, it pauses in completely differant parts, and is a lot quieter when using Timeslip. I guess they have redone the internals or at least started using differant suppliers, so fingers crossed you have one of these later models.
