Page 1 of Dell W1900 19" LCD TV Question?

Hello
I managed to bag one of these TV`s thanks to the Bargain Buckets forum, cheers to whomever posted the link. :D
I thought that the TV was Progressive Scan capable but can`t find any mention of it in the manual at all, also can`t find any settings in the menu for this.
Does it handle progressive scan?
I`m about to connect it to a DVD player using component cables and just want to get the best picture available.

if its got component inputs then it probably is, try and see by setting output on dvd player to prog scan.

I tried that and the picture was a little flickery on close up.
I`m not really bothered, just thought if it had it I`d set it up with this in mind.
