Page 1 of samsung 709 dvd info needed any help please?

ive got the chance of buying a 709 for£100.00 its 6 months old and in good condition ive looked on various sites on this player and found region hacks etc macro hacks etc from aiwa hi fi remotes my remote off my hi fi is a rc-zas15 does anyone know if mine will work on it to disable macro and make it multi region or am i better off buying a budget dvd player like the mico smart yelo etc

Sounds to me that what with you already having an aiwa hifi remote, that this is indeed a bargain for £100.
