Page 1 of Eclipse DVD-695 playing mp3 disks?

Thanks to doodlebug for his rapid reply , 1 more snag. What format do i need to prepare a mp3 disk to play in the DVDplayer? I popped in a cdr with a few mp3 files and the player refused to play them . What am i doing wrong?

I had a problem with a couple of my mp3 cd`s, 1st one had winamp.exe on it. Player refused to recognise it, and the other had a couple of bad mp3`s files on it. re burnt them both and played them without a problem. I assume you are closing the disks?? It may work if you close the session but I ain`t tried that, so not sure if it works.

As for the format; I think I read somewhere that the mp3 decoders in these machines like 96kbits, but alot of mine are in 128kbit and they played fine.

The closing session idea was spot-on.Using the mp3 editor in Easycd 5 made it easy-peasy , thanks for the help ( again )!
