Page 1 of Joytech AV Centre and my Dreamcast.

Does anybody here have any idea why my DC just won`t work with this scart box? I`ve had a PS2, a Gamecube, a DVD player,a DVD recorder and a digital cable box all plugged into the Joytech using RGB and had no probs. But my DC just won`t have it! The picture just rolls and rolls. Someone already mentioned the PAL/NTSC compatibility but that can`t be the case as I`ve got all kinds of NTSC DVD`s and can actually use US and JAP DC games fine on my TV if I bypass the box. I`m using the official RGB lead, which I have noticed is only wired up at 9 pins, instead of 21. Could that be it?

I remember reading that if you plug the dreamcast RGB cable into a non RGB socket you could get problems - think it was in the instructions that came with the cable. No idea what the problem could be though. Is the scart socket on your Joytech thingy RGB ?
