Page 1 of 5.1 Analogue Out

I`ve just bought a new TV (nothing special) and they threw in a 5.1 surround system for free.
Unfortunately It has no coaxial or optical in just 6 phono`s.
Any recommendations for an inexpensive DVD player with decoder and phono outs to match.
Seen a Cambridge Audio at Richer Sounds for £60ish, but for the amount of films we watch (since the child came along) it seems a lot.
Have got it up and running just with stereo, but would be nice to get the 5.1 if cheap enough.

Seen an Eltax DV252 at Ebuyer.com which has analogue outputs and decoder for £40. Don`t know if it`s any good click the link
