Page 1 of can you chip a jmb dvd player to play cdr ?????

i have a jmb 3000 dvd player :-( i wondered if any one could tell me if you can have it chipped to play cdr s it is multi region via hack (basically the same as a orion 2000 please help

no u can`t get it chipped to play cdrs i have asked today while in town sorry

make sure there nothing in the tray

here is the hack which works on my jmb 3000

power off player then power on hold down open/close , stp ,forward skip buttons on player (not remote)
keep held down while its reading it says no disc then a menu comes up
u can now change regions 1,2,3,4,5,6 ,or region free
thats it if u get a rce disc eg world map disc change it to region 1
