Andy this looks an interesting player, don`t know anything about it but if it`s no good Aldi are very good at taking things back. It will also let you play `wma` files which are much the same quality as MP3s but twice the amount of songs can be stored.

Todays The Day. Tomorrow can wait...

Thast Aldi one looks interesting, certainly.

If you want a "known" name, how about a 1Gb Creative Zen Nano Plus. I have one, and although the screen`s weeny (like most will be at this price point) it`s easy to use, sounds good, runs off one AAA battery for ages (so easy to pop another one in if you run out of juice somewhere far from your charger), and is a simple drag and drop affair for getting music on - no software to install. Also it`s REALLY small, so pops in your pocket without problem.

The Aldi one looks interesting. Was`nt expecting to see a video player for the price range Im looking at so thats another thing to look at. Might be worth going for that!
