Page 1 of JMB DVD3000

I have just got my hands on the JMB DVD3000 player. I must say, it is crap. The picture keeps jerking or skippimng every so often.. most annoying.
Has anybody else had problems with this player?
It`s going back and I`ll get a better one methinks.....

I had the same probem. However I tried it on a different tv and it worked perfectly. I`ve also had the same problem witha Wharfedale so I think your TV is the problem not the player.

how can a TV make a DVD skip? Explain please. My old PC DVD played perfectly through the same TV. It`s just a crappy cheapo player. I thankyou... ;-)

Have you already done the region code hack ? I did and some discs went screwy, I changed it back to Region 2 and it was all fine.
