Digilogic VCR/DVD COMBI Model: DVDVCR2

I have recently purchased this machine from Tesco and have looked high and low for the manufacturers details. The remote control is so small it is difficult to use, however I do have a Universal RC, but I need the code to program it for this model. Looked through all the info in the instruction manual and nothing.

Can anyone help me?. I am having difficulty in installing vcr/dvd combi dvdvcr2 and find the instructions inadequate.

I have just looked at your note about the remote. I agree it is the most poorly designed piece of equipment I have ever used! I always want to hold it upside down. I was just wondering if you had any problems with the machine rewinding tapes as sometimes I have to eject the tape and put it in another machine to rewind. It clonks when rewinding too!
