Page 1 of Yelo 800 or Kiiri 838d............Any problems????????????

Looking to buy a ready made multi-region dvd player, these two seem to be okay. Would be grateful for any advice.

go for the 838d better loader nearly same machine but cheaper

have just received my 838d yesterday, paid £142 from special reserve seems realy good! i purchased it to replace noisy cyberhome, much better. if you need any more info just ask!

Does the multi region automatic selection work okay?
Also are you able to turn of the macrovision?

FYI....
there is a review of the Kiiro on the Special Reserve site - the guy said that his one didnt work, so he sent it back, and it was noisy when it spun the dvd. But he reckoned that it was a good player for the price.
There are two customer reviews of this player on amazon.co.uk. Both reviewers rated the player highly.
I myself am considering getting a Kiiro - it looks very good for the money, and I cant find a Dansai in my local Tesco`s (Milton Keynes)!!!

THE MULTI REGION SELECTION DOES WORK! AND I HAVE FINALLY SUSSED OUT HOW TO `BACK-UP` MY DVD`S.AS FAR AS I CAN SEE THE MACRO IS NOT ON! I POPPED JP3 (REG1)IN AND COPIED IT, NO PROBS! ANY MORE INFO REQ DONT HESITATE TO ASK (TV/SKY VID SET UP ETC.)
