Page 1 of Dansai 852 Lip sinc Problems

I have just got hold of one these from Tesco.
I am very pleased with everything it can do, but I have has lip sinc problems with a dvd-r disc of Spy Kids.
Has anyone else had any problems with lip sinc on this machine or have I got a badly copied dvd-r disc?

I`ve not had lip sync problems with DVD`s but I get very poor lip sync when playing VCD`s. I took my first machine back to Tesco`s for this but the replacement was exactly the same. Tesco`s helpline say they`ve not heard of it before but I assume that is because so few people in the UK have VCD`s.
Can anyone else confirm lip sync problems, or not, with VCD`s on the Dansai 852 or Naiko N2051 (same machine).

can`t say i`ve noticed any lip sinc problems, but i`ve only tried a couple of vcd`s up to now.

its not the dansias its the vcds i have over 500 vcds some ok some not
played in dvd players playstations ect there still the same

Can`t say I agree. I also have a Cyberhome DVD player and the VCD`s don`t have lip sync problems when played on that. Also have a pocket Phillips VCD player (bought in Hong Kong) and the VCD`s are OK on that as well.
