Page 1 of Wharefdale 750S (newest firmware) handles RCE on PATRIOT - Region Free

I`ve just taken delivery of the Patriot and have tested it on my new Wharfedale 750S which is the latest one from my local Tesco store that has the very newest firmware which requires all the new hacks, and the patriot plays perfectly, menus work ok and the special features work.

And I didn`t even need to set it specifically to region 1, its multi-region setting handled it.

Same is allegedly true of the latest 750 unit too, it also handles RCE without problems. However the older ones (without the DTS logo) do not.

I had a similar but more duanting problem
I bought a Teac DV-2000 region free and all was finre untill on the same day i hired The Patriot and The Abyss(which chapters kept repeating).
I nearly Freaked but the nice people at Teac told me to take it to a repair place and within 2 days played The Patriot fine.Could access all menus and the player adjusted the region by it self.
Made my millenium.
