Don`t know what the quality is like, but this one at Amazon seems to fit the bill, just over £40:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Daytek-DVD-860-Upscaling-Playback-Multi-Region/dp/B000X36VJ8/ref=sr_1_14?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1233218235&sr=1-14&tag=myrev09-21
Try asda.
They usually do an hdmi dvd player for under £30, plays divx as well.
My Photo`s
"But you`re not Judge Judy and executioner...."
"You don`t need eyes to see, you need vision..."
I have an upscaling Toshiba SD370 that does everything you want (not sure about multiregion though, of no interest to me)
Good looking thing, looks much dearer than it is.
Has performed faultlessly and gives a fantastic picture on my Toshiba LCD.
So much so, I haven`t bothered with Bluray.
Digital direct are doing it for £34.00, which is quite incredible. :/

£29...
For a DVD player that gives a vastly superior picture to the £300 Panasonic DVD recorder I had plugged in before.
Unbelievable.
Superb, but unbelievable. :/
:D
BTW, they don`t come with an HDMI cable, so remember and buy one!
