Page 1 of need help connecting projector-to 5.1 and to blu ray

hi

hi-im a novice to hd etc-wondered if u could help----i bought a projector=EPSON TWD10-which as hdmi socket+optical etc
and also have a blu ray player samsung bd1500
and finally a i was given a second hand-
Samsung "HT-TZ215R
home cinema--how do i connect it to get the picture from the projector but the sound from the 5.1?
(i only use the blu ray few times a week mostly be pro+5.1 on daily basis-)

the epson details are
inputs
1 composite
1 s video
3 rca
1 hdmi
1 computer rgb
i usb
audio 2 x rca

output
1 rca for subwoofer
1 stereo jack for headphones
i optical connector-

the samsung 5.1 is
audio inputs aux 1
optical input

hdmi out-and something hdmi cec-not sure if this is right
usb
scart out

the blu ray has

hdmi out
optical out
component out red/blue/green-thats the colour on my unit
audio right/left out-colourred/white
video out-yellow

can some one please give advice-thx
