ARCHOS Cesar CDRW

sprint (Mostly Harmless) posted this on Monday, 21st December 2009, 19:30

Hi,
I recently bought via eBay an ARCHOS Cesar CDRW supposedly brand new old stock and at a fair price.

I should have looked closer at the advert because it didn`t include the connecting lead to go from the unit to the USB on my computer.

I believe the unit is no longer suported by ARCHOS as its 6 year old.

I have checked the suppliers on the web and eBay to no avail.

The lead required is usb to 36? pin male and about 2.5 centimetres long.

Maplin`s say they have never seen a connecting cable like it.

Any thoughts (other than I should have been more careful)

Regards
Paul
