Do ALL multiregion hacks disable macro? Or do some just take away the regional code check??

Depends what you mean by multiregion hack.

Most remote control hacks just allow region switching, though one or two machines do get you into an area where macrovision can be disabled. These are normally mentioned on the hack page of this site.

Most non-remote modifications from firms like Techtronics or Link can, or will, disable macrovision.
