UNPLUGGING THE DARNED SCART

Paul Franco (Competent) posted this on Monday, 6th May 2002, 11:35

I have a 4-year old non-widescreen tv. It has two scart sockets in the back but one of them doesn`t seem to work for DVD. So if I change from TV watching (via cable) to DVD viewing then I have to reach behind the TV to unplug and replug the scart. What am I doing wrong? (it`s killing me.)

What if you lpug the cable into the other scart? Are you outputting RGb to a non RGB scart socket? Have you tried s-video?
