Page 1 of Panasonic DVD question/s

Hi All,

A couple of quick questions for you. I want to upgrade my existing player to a panasonic one, but I`m looking for region free (naturally enough) & also MP3 compatability. I`m thinking of the 31/41 in silver. Has anyone any ideas of the cheapest place to get one of these ? (please bear in mind that I live in Ireland & with our crappy euro things in the UK are considerably more expensive so if I can save on delivery etc it`d be great.)

The second question will determin which one I go for. I currently have a Technics SADX851 DTS/5.1 amp which I`m assuming has onboard decoders, do I need to go for a player with onboard decoders also or oue with "output" ? Is there any great difference between the two sound quality wise ? Are they hooked up the same way (RCA Cabling & optical for the sub - that`s the way I have my current wharfdale wired up).

Any help would be appreciated.
