Page 1 of Toshiba 2109B hack available by remote control

Try this and tell me if it works. Some split views on this one.
Insert region1 disk and wait for cannot play disk
Press memory
select title1 chapter1
press play & then clear
the film will, hopefully, now play

I have one but I have lost the mpeg board after sending it to be chiped. Ayone who can help me find a new mpeg board fo this dvd player?

Will this hack then allow both region 1 & 2 discs to play or just the region 1?
I have had no problems playing any region 2 disc so far so I do not want to have problems playing any discs in the future.

I have just fixed my TOSHIBA 2109 DVD player and I have tried the hack my self but does not work. As I WAS TOLD PRVIOUSLY IT WORKS for the RCE hack whcih allows dvd movies like patriot to be played.

Do you know were I can download a software on this cheaply and make it multiregon.
