People at gigs.

Why if you don`t want to get pushed and knocked about do you insist on trying to stand near the front? Go to the back and stop moaning. I want to jump up and down along with the rest of the crowd. I have no control over the other 30`000 people there. If they push one way I am not strong enough to hold them back as you seem to think I should do. Just shut your moaning and enjoy the gig or f*** off.

Rant over.

It`s not easy being different. It`s not easy being cool....but somehow I manage....

I used to think that, now I want to enjoy the band that I`ve paid good money to see at close range without getting kicked in the head :(

Good think about the Barbican, all seating, but intimate, now I just sound old though!

Went to see Depeche Mode at Hyde Park last night. Brilliant gig. I have no idea who the bloke in front of me was but he would no shut up about being pushed. I was not deliberatly pushing him in the back, but when the crowd (all of them) is jumping up and down, if you don`t jump you will get pushed and knocked. It`s your own fault. Stop moaning at me. What did he expect?

Anyway it was a top gig and a really good day out.

Yup! :)

I always love to be at the front of gigs and don't mind being pushed … but occasionally I get some retard out of the face on pills jumping up and down with a pint in their hand and hitting me. . Then I get p***ed off. I like to have the atmosphere but also I like to listen to the music.

Perhaps,at a Depeche Mode gig,he expected people to behave like adults and not overly-excitable teenagers ? :/

I try and avoid the `mosh pit` at gigs,as I hate being pushed or the bloody annoying beer-throwing nonsense, but I wouldn`t really expect one at a gig where the band themselves are into their 40`s and their fanbase will be around the same. :/

Does one have to behave like a dog home puppy at visiting time to enjoy a gig ???

Not being funny but I just cant imagine much call for Jumping about and shoving at a Depech Mode gig.
