Why do you want one? Are you into overclocking etc.? If not but just run your PC a lot then just put a better fan in. 80mm or one of those zalman copper flower ones.

agree with ste
if you want silent and performance use zalman .. around £30
anyways
if you insist on using water cooling, you might want to look at waterchill
will cost you around £150 for the whole set
or if you want to cool your vga + chipset there is another set at a slightly higher price
hope that helps
oops ..
sorry didnt answer your question,
i think its easy to install .. ( me never had one since dont have the money for it )
saw a video of installing it and seems easy enough for me
plus I`ll opted for a large case if i ever install one

Thanks for the comments people, i don`t have an overclocked system, but unfortunately my computer lives in a fairly warm spare room (with the central heating tank) and it has trouble cooling itself (as there is a high ambient temperature), occasionaly overheating and shutting down. I was hoping a water cooling system may overcome this..

if i`m not mistaken water cooling only provide a moderate cooling.. about the same as air cooling but noiseless.
however in your case you might see some improvement in temperature

Yeah, pipe it out into the bathroom and get your towels on it ;-)
