evening folks,
a quick one for u, i went to a local computer fair recently there was a stall selling a simple plug-in pci card offering ALL satalite channels free via broadband .
at only £57 a time, anyone know if they work or could it poss be a scam ?

Via Broadband? never heard of recieving satellite channels via broadband
i know of cards that will enable you to recieve satellite channels via a dish and then with the correct software will enable you to get foreign encrpyed channels however the german package which showed films sport etc changed encryption last month, and the spanish package will change at the end of December so whats the point?

Also i know of cards that enable you with the proper software to recieve all the channels from a cable operator here in the uk, however you do require a legit box to cover your activities BUT the company is aware of this and is currently looking at doing something about this illegal activity.

cheers for the help globe, looks like theres no point now then if all the encyptions are changing, as for recieving all the channels from cable operators, well, i already have one of those ;) lol ,
