Help needed with a weird problem

My laptop has suddenly had a change of font across the whole system , to the best of my knowledge nothing has been changed , but every everything now has a slight italic to it .

This is winding me up no end , does anyone have any ideas .

I have tried every setting I can think of with no result

are you sure that you have`nt deleted the system font?

What do I do if I have ?

Not really sure what to put in the registry to get back to normal eg times roman!
I have tried desktop /properties ect but the change font bit is greyed out
