Anywhere offering free dial-up?

My parents have been waiting for their broadband to be installed for the last two months (long story) and so are without any kind of internet. Is there anywhere offering a monthly service? Or even a free dial up service? They`ve just used up a 30 day AOL disc, so thats now out of the question, but anything else would be good!

Try freenet. They offer an 0845 dial-up service without registration
