Page 1 of Connecting D500 to my PC via Bluetooth dongle

I`ve tried using the software on the samsung website, but it only gives the option of the usb cable, which didnt come with the phone.

i have a dongle from a previous phone, and the D500 won`t recognise the bluetooth, or i suppose it could be the other way round.

anyone else had this problem, or is there a fix for it?

I initially had trouble connecting my d500 to the pc via bluetooth but solved it pretty quick. set bluetooth to "on" on the d500, then on the pc, click your bluetooth icon and ask it to "find devices". Hopefully it should pick up the d500, and then type a password (1234 or something simple) into the pc, and confirm it on the phone.

You should hopefully now be set!
