Page 1 of Epson R300 Help Please

Hi All,
I have one of these printers and i have to say its benn fantastic but lately everytime i print a disc i have a few black lines runnin through it, i can see it comes from the rollers that pull the disc in as the marks are visable when the disc first goes in/out. I tries all the `cleaning` features on the printer but no luck, i also thought my black ink was leaking but i changed it and its still the same, Any ideas how to clean it properly? Any help would be great

I`ve had this in the past, all i used was a cotton bud with a little bit of surgical spirit on it. Gently cleaning the rollers turning them around by hand it`s a little bit fiddly but it worked. Hope this helps :)

Does anyone know where I can download the epson print to disc program?
I can`t find the cd that came with the printer and I`ve have had no luck finding it on the Epson website!

Me fail English? That`s unpossible!
