Page 1 of Windows Xp shutdown Problems

hello i wonder if anyone can help me ive got windows xp and where you can ussally shutdown all i have is log off no shutdown can anyone help How to turn off Windows-XP with no off button?
I tried to turn my XP. Click START then other stuff appears with off button usually in it. But this time, off button is missing. What should I do, trying my computer off?
