Page 1 of Cibox C1905 19" monitor random beep sound ???

I have just purchased the above monitor from e-buyer, £117.49 quickfind code: 119321, and am very happy with it to date. However, I do have a query that I hope somebody can help me resolve. Every 2 minutes or so it makes a random beep noise and its starting to drive me mad!!! :/ I have checked all the menu settings and read and re-read the manual but there is no reference to the phantom beep.

Can anybody suggest how I might get rid of the annoying beep before I go mad.

Have you got it plugged into your sound card? If so, it may be the PC beeping and not the monitor.

Does yours auto power off cos mine used to but doesn`t seem to any more???
