Where is the best place to buy RAM memory sticks.

I am looking for 2GB

Either 2x1gb sticks or 1x2gb what ever is the cheaper.

My motherboard supports DDR-400/333/266

Depends what you want. I`ve always been happy with Crucial memory - eBuyer also sell it - sometimes at better prices than Crucial direct.
