Corrupted memory card from phone; photo retrieval
So it looks like the memory card in my other halfs phone is corrupt and accessing the folders on it is very slow. When I try to copy the photos off it some come over but others cause the transfer to crash.
Is there any software out there that I can use to help pull the data off the card as I'm struggling using Windows Explorer!
Cheers
Ross
EDIT - It's a micro SD card from a Samsung S5

You could try the command line and the xcopy command, that's often good for copying data where some of it is corrupt and throws errors.

Managed to copy 5 photos Rob then said the drive had disappeared! Tried manually opening a pic (I can see most thumbnails) and copying the picture to my HDD but after 3 pics the same thing happened, drive disappears.
Going to be a long process!

Doesn't sound good. :(
I presume that these photos weren't being backed up automatically to Google?

I've found Recuva from Piriform (it's free!) works well in this kind of situation.
