Page 1 of photoshop Elements 10

This 75 yr old seeks expert in the above.!
2 yrs ago I had to replace computer. I had P/shop E10 installed.I onlywant to crop/enlarge and use a simple automatic "improve " function on my fotos.
I found P/shop cicated and unuseable!!! I unistalled it and tried  Picassa. Not impressed by results.
I tried to re install P/shop. All went well till I had to enter serial number. I have that number on the box that came with the disc.
When entered it says "serial number not correct" I am entering the number correctly. Any ideas????

Stramge that the serial number on the disc doesn't work. I'd double check you aren't entering extra spaces, and usually you don't put in dashes it should fill the boxes correctly for you.

(Also in your last post, you were 77, I'm not sure how you managed to become 2 years younger, but I'm sure medical science wants to know your secret. :))

I've looked it up I am 77 years in Feb 2014.

Re: P/shop. you may be right. I think I did put the hypens between the sets of serial numbers.
