pretty fast and very reliable,never had to pay any duty yet .recieved dvd-a disc of queen in 4 days faster than anything i`ve ordered in uk.

if by customs friendly you mean marking the packages as gifts or undervaluing the contents the answer is no as the only time I`ve paid duty was on an order from them worth £25 (the first and last time I ordered anything from abroad without splitting into smaller amounts). They`re fairly reliable, can be slow sometimes and the postage is a bit high at about $6 but I`d buy from them again as they have one of the largest catalogues of music and film
