Page 1 of cd-wow confusion

On order tracking, my order number is red, which means, according to the key, that my order has been cancelled. I never cancelled my order so could it mean that the item is out of stock or what? Confused, first time I used them.

I think it means that they have none in stock and they wont be getting anymore in. CD-Wow buy from the cheapest suppliers around the world (probably in bulk) so it`s not unlikely that they wont be able to get hold of some titles again.

Drop them a mail to be on the safe side.

What title did you order?

I ordered Buffy season 1, sent them an e-mail, hopefully get an answer tomorrow,
