I ordered "Bully" from them on Monday 6th January. Not received it yet but my account does say released, so it should be any day now...fingers crossed!!

I have ordered Tarzan CE from them ( i had initially ordered it with Dvd Box Office ...but cancelled ....cos they`re SH*TE).

used this company for two years,no problem at all ordered loads of dvds always prompt with delivery.

Used these recently after giving up on Play. No problems, excellent service, ordered Tuesday , received on Friday. Even got a brochure which has to be the most detailed book ive ever seen.
Dont know where the bitching is from , but they have all my business from now on
