Page 1 of Ordering from Australian DVD stores.

Lokking to order some discs from either Ezy DVD, FBO, DVD Crave or DVD Orchard. Anyone had any problems with ordering from these guys or with customs? Also, some of the films are out of stock - how long has it taken you guys to receive out of stock items? Any help appreciated.

If you`re looking for info on a particular topic just perform a search in the requisite forum. There`s a pretty good chance that someone has already enquired about whatever you`re looking for.

That said, Ezy DVD and FBO are both excellent retailers with superb customer service teams and speedy delivery times. DVD Crave seem to always have the edge on price but their response rate to e-mails is not as good as Ezy or FBO. I`ve never ordered from DVD Orchard so I can`t comment on them.

Delivery normally takes around 5 business days. Delivery times on out of stock items varies as the the sites are relying on suppliers. How long is a piece of string ?

I agree Ezy are fantastic in all respects!

I`ve had no problems with Ezy either. Recommended.

Have always found DVD Crave to be helpful and quick, had responses to emails within the day, and DVD`s tend to take about 4 days from despatch.

Just received Band of Brothers from Dvd Crave in 4 days, and low cost of about $94.00 inc delivery. No problems with Ezy or Crave and I don`t think you will get a better price.
