I`ve seen some real bargains on their site and I was wondering if anyone here has bought stuff from there before, and how reliable their delivery service is.

no probs, reliable service from my experience.
but if you`re ordering a boxset, there is a way to avoid customs charges.
get it sent to a mate...i.e. so that the shipping address is different from the billing address. this way, they assume it is a gift and don`t put the price of the item on the package.
the rambo set is the bargain of the century by the way.

Ordered once, never again.

The disc took a month to arrive, it was badly packaged and as a consequence was broken.

I sent countless emails to them and only recieved automatic "someone will contact you in two days" messages. Nobody ever did and I had to get my credit card company to charge back the money.

As soon as this company gets your money they WILL ignore you.

Save yourself the hassle and pay the extra quid to get it from a reputable retailer.

I have had 2 items from them so far - and no problems yet.

Another plus point for them is that they don`t charge until it`s despatched.

I will continue to use them - oh and by the way the packaging I had on both items was perfect.

Thanks for the feedback, guys. I think I`ll order that Rambo box set, too cheap to pass on it.

My first order from them - I was very apprehensive after some of the comments I have read, especially on the AVforums.

Ordered the Rambo boxset 3rd March, it arrived today 13th March in some of the best packaging have yet to see (and I`ve seen lots).

I will definitely be using them again (unlike Chaosdvd)

I think "Company of Wolves" is next :)

Well, I ordered 4 DVDs, all of which were out of stock at the time of ordering.

That was on the 3rd or March. .Two of them arrived yesterday morning, perfect condition.

Only problem was that my idiot of a postman left them on my doorstep when he couldn`t get no answer. Overall, I`m well happy, I`ll definitely be ordering again.
