Page 1 of FutureEnt going the way of Play ?

Anyone else noticing FutureEnt taking longer to get discs shipped lately?

I got an e-mail on Friday 28 February letting me know that they had posted The Osbournes "today" - it never arrived in the post today (03 Mar) so I logged on to my order history and it states that the item was shipped 03/03/03 !! so why the e-mail last Friday ??

Recent deliveries from them have been taking up to a week to arrive despite the site claiming they are normally shipped within 24 hours.

Play`s problems have been well documented and from what I hear they are back to their previous good service - I hope FutureEnt aren`t entering a poor period.

Haven`t had any problems with Futureent, although looking at their site today their prices for new releases are now almost identical now

i`ve never had problems with Play either, ordered 2 DVDs last friday night and they came this morning.
