Asda three year garantee

Just got my Son the Pacific dvd at Asda, which has received good reveiws.
Any how the Chap said next month Asda are stopping the free 3 yrs garantee and doing the usual one years man.
Bit of a shame coz that is one of the reasons I bought from Asda.

They still have to honour the guarantees they`ve already issued.
