Only ordered 3 times from these bods and delivery was inside 10 working days - i.e. 2 weeks. They email your order confirmation as usual and then email on dispatch - which is nice! Out of stock stuff came week afer main delivery, so not brill but not pants either. Some prices cheaper than the web page display - i.e. in basket charge was nearly £2 cheaper on their £11.99 stuff and no delivery charges. Boxes arrived well packaged and recorded delivery
