Page 1 of Vidshop.com...what`s their game!

These guys are doing my head in. I made an order over a month ago, they say it should have been filled within 14 days. I`m still waiting. One of their e-mail contact addresses has it`s mailbox permanently full, and despite numerous e-mails to their `customer service` department i have yet to receive any word. Anybody else used them? I wouldn`t if i were you.

I have seen nothing but bad things about these guy`s on the newsgroups....it can get alot worse judging by the comments.

Have they debitted you CC?

This is a pornnoo movie shop. What disgusting stuff are u guys into? You could have warned people about this. I went stragiht in thinking it was a dvd shop

I am not so annoyed since i have found my a/c has not been debited....but still worried that thay have taken my details and not filled my order!

I have also read they take ages(months) to complete an order.

How long has it been? Over a month? Well i got what i wanted, eventually, and am more than pleased with that aspect. If only they`d advertise that it`s gonna take so long to get an order done. I`ll know what to expect...next time???
