Page 1 of Cd Wow DVD Rental

Signed up for the 14 days free trial and was told I would receive a free Robbie Williams Greatest Hits cd even if I decide to cancel. So cancelled after 14 days (there service is really slow only got two sets in two weeks) but not received the voucher. Anyone else had this problem?

Not receiving a Robbie Williams cd is a problem?

Well the site said any cd stated robbie as an example. I emailed them and complained and they sent me the voucher and just brought Queen on Fire cd.

I thought thier service was really bad, I would return a DVD first class it would show up as received the next day, then they would send me the next DVD the following day, not the day of recepit.

Been with these for a few months now and they seem ok. I have queired why it takes 2 days for a film to show as being returned, and was told that it was down to Royal Mail (as always) ,but they had no answer when i said that 94 % of first class mail is delivered next day so my discs must always be in the 6% that doesn`t get delivered!!
Some weeks though ,i can receive 3 deliverys of 3 discs and others just 2 deliverys and they are sent back on the same pattern as the previous week.

I had to hassle them for the £8.99 voucher, not the most impressive service.

I am sick of this rental group. It`s not even CD-WOW that operate it, LoveFilm do. Check this out. I asked to cancel my subscription and they emailed me saying all titles must be returned by the 14th. I sent them all back on the 11th. They claimed they didn`t receive them back till the 15th and charged me £15 for an extra month. Utter rubbish and yes I had to chase CD-WOW for the e-voucher too

Use moviechoices.com instead, they are much better
