im after some bits of electrical goods, ie. a 21" tv, a multi-region dvd/video combi and a multi-region portable dvd player. i used to use techtronics but they shut down, so can anyone recommend anyone? ta

i like ebuyer.com and empire-direct.co.uk - have used and trust both, never any problem

try leading edge concepts mate www.leconcepts.com i personnaly wouldnt go near empire direct or ebuyer but thats imho.i think its important to have good customer service after the sale is made not just a simple box shifter.you can measure how good a company is by what they do when things go wrong.

I had big probs with empire direct on Delivery, returns & replacement, won`t use em again, i think their idea of customer service is to ignore the customer after the sale and hope they will just go away.
LXdirect were really good, and if you can get a discount code, that can come in very handy.
The jury is still out for me with Planet Micro, another i may stay clear of, when i eventually get a reply from them and find out what is happening with my order. >:(
