Anyone ordered from these people, If so what was the service like.... Ive been waiting 7 days for my order, The problem is for some reason mail isnt being sent to there address so I cant chase them up about it, Mail server problem, Or more sinister?? Who Knows.

Good company, used a few times before. If you ordered the Warner special offers then thats why ya waiting i`ve heard they`ve had a few orders for these!

Very good company.

They are based in Jersey so promo offers like the very popular HKL and Warner titles can cause problems as the discs have to be shipped out to Jersey first then they have to ship them to you (they can`t keep unlimited stock)

Delivery for normal discs is about 5 days.

i wouldnt touch these ppl again with a 50ft pole. I ordered raising arizona from them on the 28th july. it was released on the 30th. today is the 9th and i still dont have it.

Perhaps I`m being impatient, but I ordered two Black Adder DVDs from them 9 days and still nothing. I did think they were a good company. hmmm:-/

I ordered Iron Money back in early July. My card was charged on 13/7/01 - one month later I still havent received it.
They reckon they sent one out but it got lost.
They have then promised me on two occasions that another copy would be shipped - still nothing.

My copy of Traffic did, however, arrive 3 days after release date?

I have tried the phone number a few times since Friday - no answer - attempts a redirection and fails. worrying?

dang! I wanna my dvds!! I`m going to try and get in touch as well

I dont think i will be returning to under18 in futur, i ordered three friends dvds two weeks ago, this is the third week, still not here!, phone them they say, it got dispatched but that takes a further 3-5 business days, im in London!, what they doing walking it here, im gona stick to ezydvd for my bargains, cause they only take 4 days from the other side of the world!, just my point of view!

You know people, I dont think Im gonna order from this company again. Still waiting for my films 12 days and counting....

Not so slow taking my money though!!!!!!
