Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with DVD crave ?
What are the expected delivery times for the UK ?

I just placed an order but only realised after I had clicked they dont seem to care about encoding your credit card details , so anyone on the web can grab your details as they wizz past. ( so guess I should be expecting so interesting things ordered on my redit card )

excellent service each time. Ive ordered 3 dvds from them. Great value and service. the packaging is secure and top notch. i get my stuff when i expect which is about 4-5days every time. They can mark stuff as a gift for you so you can get about 3 discs thru at one time.

I`ve used them a couple of times, and each time only 4 or 5 days from ordering, the disc arrives. They were also prompt to reply to a mail I sent when I realised I hadn`t updated the default country on my postal address details: Australia - DOH! They simply replied they`d updated my order to say UK, and the stuff arrived a few days later.

very good company,, one of the major players in the UK import from oz.. alot of ppl use these and i have not seen a single bad thing about them yet,, i have had around 5 orders,, all in 4 days and perfect service,, dont worry m8,, quality company :0)

I wouldn`t argue with any of the previous posts, since I think their customer service is second to none, due to their replacement of an uninsured disk when I reported mine was a little late.

And therein lies my problem. My first disk took more than 2 weeks to arrive, and the replacement (which I need to return) still hasn`t arrived yet. I usually get stuff from Oz within a week (ezydvd) so I can`t fathom this. The packing is about the same as ezydvd, it`s only 1 disk so what`s happening? Are customs holding my disks up just for fun or does it come via a different carrier for SE England(Mr Pither & his bike no doubt). I don`t know, I`m sure. It`s only this that stops me ordering more disks from this most excellent company.

Matrix cost £12 inc postage from the other side of the planet
still £7 cheaper than the UK version.

Are we getting screwed on DVD price in the UK or what ?
