How long after your account is invoiced does it usually take for delivery from these guys ?

From my last experiences, about 8-9 weeks!!

I first used them at the end of last year, and they were great usually took about 4-5 days. But my last two orders, took so long, I`ve never used them since.

I read recently in these forums, that they have improved their delivery times, so they might be worth a second chance, IF they seriously underprice something.

Hope this help,
Bry

They can be pretty variable. If whatever you`ve ordered is in stock, or you`ve pre-ordered and they`ve enough stock then it usually arrives in under 7 days. They often send preorders out when they receive stock, not waiting for the official release day. So if its been over a week contact them - usually get a reply in 24 hours.

(NB... if they haven`t got what you`ve ordered, eg run out before all preorders met, then it can be up to a couple of months before it`s invoiced & sent. I`ve never had an order go missing, and they have been around for a good while. Also I`ve never been caught out with HM Customs, even on boxes...)

All the best.

J.

DVDBO seem to be a place where lots of people have had variable experiences. I know folks who always use them, but both times I`ve ordered discs I`ve eventually grown so tired of waiting that I`ve cancelled the orders. In the end I`ve decided that it`s better to go to Play, Amazon, or anywhere else that has always been pretty punctual. I don`t mind paying a bit extra for much speedier service. Each to their own, I suppose, but I can`t say that I`ll be enticed by DVDBO`s prices again. Like I say, there are quite a few differing experiences between customers, but most of us don`t go back to any retailer that`s screwed us around in the past...
