If your tempted by the cheap prices of this company, don`t be. I thought i`d give them a whirl and the set i recieved wasn`t the one i ordered, and it had major faults according to Hitachi, but according to their customer service i had set it up wrong.
They where obviously trying on the old trick of getting me to send it back and miraculously finding no faults and charging me for the postage. I might be laid back but i`m no fool!!!!!!!! After writing a letter quoting Sale of Goods Act they appear to be refunding me without a problem.
If anyone is not put off by this may i recommend you use a credit card to make your purchase!!!!!!
If you recieve any faulty goods do not ask for a repair or you are deemed to have accepted the goods and if it continues to go wrong you can then only have further repairs as far as i know. I could be wrong though so check it out.

HAPPY SHOPPING!!!!

Yes I was very very tempted...in the end I went for a brand new Toshiba 36 from John Lewis....extremely happy with my decision. So glad I have the piece of mind...I know I would be really worried if I went for the Grade A...also, the Tosh just about fits in the space...anything bigger would have been a disaster!

When I spoke to the guy at TVs Direct, he suggested a cheque would be safe and is traceable...is this true?

Anyway, glad you`re getting a refund...both companies are definately not selling Grade A tvs...more like Grade B refurbished stock.

Good Luck!

These TV.s have definately been used before as i tried to change the PIN number for digital access, but it had already been changed.
