Will this company ever learn ?
Surely even they will realise that bad press
will not do their name any good ?
We can only hope that reduced sales due
to people knowing how crap their customer service
dept is will force them to change their ways

ps As i moderate the above forum and deal with complaints about scan everyday this is not about defending Scan.
Just bored hearing the same thing- try offering suggestions as to alternative companies to order from.

Surely the existence of your group is reflection of scans poor customer service! and if the product was any good your group woudn`t exist.

Hey , I have no problem with the TYT players.
I own a Scan clone and I think they are great :-)
But Scan Do not seem to care at all about their customers
once they have your money.
Just my experience in dealing with them.

CS has actually improved a lot since we opened the call centre.Before
august it was really bad.Although it has improved our sales have gone up
significantly so we are trying to improve all the time.
