Page 1 of DDHE - 1914 -18

Orderd 1914-18 boxset from DDHE early April - despite an email reassuring me that the goods would be in their warehouse and on its way to me in within 10 days - nothing has happened ! Infact can not login to my account either !!

Am I alone ?? Reckon not ! >:(

DDHE`s order fulfilment system is apparently notoriously bad. I`m having the devil`s own time wringing a copy of Darling Buds of May out of them - first my credit card security was compromised and I had to get a new card issued, and now that card has lapsed because it was a short term one and they`ve farted around so long. Their Customer Service number`s a joke (half an hour listening to piped music then getting cut off).

Must watch my blood pressure...

personally, I cant stand david jason... sadly, i believe that people love him so much that in 30 years time we will be watching Frost2035 with a sandwich eating, lovable rogue of a david jason robot.

Having to take a week`s worth of the Daily Mail* was too high a price.

*and have to redeem the voucher every day at WHSmith IIRC.

The Kaiser... sorry... DDHE have emailled me ! Apparently something wrong with their email service over the last few weeks !.... so they sent back the chasers I sent asking me to re-submit them if the problem had not been resolved in the meantime!!!

Things can only get better !

Sent them a copy of my order confirmation email as requested at the end of last week and guess what ..... heard nothing !!!

The silence is deafening ! :p

Sent order info a week ago as they requested.

The update is ......since then i have heard absolutely ........................ NOTHING !!


AVOID DDHE , is my advice based on experience !!!
